Background:
The Cameroon Center for Microfinance Management & Entrepreneurship Development (CCEMMED) is a consultancy and advisory program of African Dream, exclusively dedicated to fostering microfinance management, entrepreneurship, and small business development in Cameroon. It aims at building the institutional strength and outreach of the Cameroon microfinance and microenterprise sectors by providing high quality technical and support services.

African Dream is seeking an Executive Director. S/he will be responsible for functioning of CCEMMED.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review projects and program strategies and propose innovations;
- Discuss and adopt plan of action for 2014;
- Take the lead in implementation of programs and projects;
- Review on going projects and propose strategies for effective completion;
- Develop and implement marketing strategy for upcoming programs and new services;
- Take lead in report writing after completion of projects and workshops;
- Participate in assessments of assignments;
- Assist in recruitment of new students and their orientation sessions;
- Assist in final programs evaluations and exit strategies;
- Initiate new clientele and business opportunities/ideas;
- Review current action plans for implementation;
- Assist in building new partnerships;
- Assist in preparing customers' business plans;
- Participate in the business classes and eventually take lessons;
- Assist in information collection and publication of the newsletter "Microfinance Lights";
- Carry out marketing and promotional activities and public relations of African;
- Carries out public relations and image building for African Dream.
